Total Maintenance Solution is seeking a reliable, motivated, and self-driven Parking Lot – Facilities Litter Attendant to service several large commercial properties in the London, Ontario area.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, professional-looking properties and enjoys working independently outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Collect litter and debris from parking lots, walkways, and landscaped areas.
- Empty exterior garbage receptacles as required.
- Ensure assigned properties are clean and presentable.
- Report any safety hazards, damage, or maintenance concerns.
- Take before-and-after photos when required.
- Complete scheduled routes in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Must own a reliable pickup truck (required).
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Physically capable of walking large commercial properties and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Smartphone with camera and data plan for communication and reporting.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, janitorial work, or facility cleaning is considered an asset, but not required.
