Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various concrete-related projects, including forming, finishing, and restoration work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and experience with construction tools and techniques. Duties
- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
- Install rebar and other reinforcement materials according to schematics and blueprints
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform masonry tasks such as caulking, restoration, and flooring installation
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to accurately execute project plans
- Conduct demolition or renovation activities as needed for project scope
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by properly handling waste materials and tools
- Support welding, carpentry, or other specialized tasks as required by project specifications
- Assist in the installation of flooring or other structural components using appropriate techniques
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with skills in concrete forming, finishing, or masonry preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and renovation processes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Knowledge of rebar installation, caulking, welding, flooring installation, and restoration techniques advantageous
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Prior experience with hand tools, concrete finishing techniques, and masonry is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00-$39.00 per hour
