YOU WILL
- Define and implement procedures necessary for correct and efficient processing of all service related bills
- To mandate that all service personnel comply with all billing procedures, including training technicians proper use of time clock and making sure tech is clocked in on all work orders
- Oversee return of warranty parts
- Verify that all billing is invoiced and that merchandise is received without overage, shortage, or damage
- Challenge manufacturer warranty disclaimers
- Question doubtful billings
- Coordinate shop service scheduling – using the Dealervu Schedule System
- Document all customer repair needs on a service repair order
- Notify and coordinate customer pickups
- Recommend any major changes in procedures that will improve efficiency
- Make sure all billings are collected as per company policy
- Compute customer billings and warranty billings
- Handle routine telephone communications
- Complete all paperwork daily
- Check Bossweb daily to be aware of any recalls.
