Applewood Air Conditioning is a family operated business since 1970. We are looking for a Payroll and Accounts Payable Administrator.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Weekly Union and Non-Union Payroll
- Process invoices received accurately and in a timely manner
- Sort and match packing slips, invoices and PO's
- Verifying discrepancies while reconciling vendor accounts
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquires
- Enter retail contracts
- Order office supplies
- Add new parts and equipment and update pricing as required
- Prepare time cards for hourly staff
- Answer incoming calls and direct to them to the appropriate department
- Enter credit card payments for retail contracts
- Schedule courier to pick up cheques from customers
Required Experience:
- 5+ years experience preferred
- Sage, Excel
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30 pm and Friday 7:30am-12pm.
