Inno-Leader LED Technology Ltd. is one of Canada’s fastest-growing LED display solution providers. We specialize in commercial LED displays, digital signage, video walls, and custom display solutions for retail, hospitality, corporate, sports, and public projects across Canada and the United States.
We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using AutoCAD.
- Produce structural layouts, mounting details, and connection drawings for LED display projects.
- Create accurate dimensioned drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams.
- Revise drawings according to client comments and field conditions.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Assist with site measurements when required.
- Support the preparation of permit and engineering drawing packages.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience.
- Experience with commercial construction, signage, AV, steel fabrication, architectural millwork, or structural detailing is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following:
- Autodesk Inventor
- SolidWorks
- Revit
- Bluebeam Revu
- SketchUp
- Microsoft Office
Knowledge of LED display systems or digital signage is an asset but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shift
Work Location: In-person (Richmond, BC)
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
