About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and a dynamic team across multiple companies, projects, and industries.
This is more than a traditional EA role. You will help manage priorities, coordinate projects, solve problems, and keep things moving across a variety of businesses. One day might involve scheduling, travel, and meeting preparation. The next could involve researching a new opportunity, coordinating an event, implementing a process, or helping launch a new initiative.
What You Will Do
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Track priorities and ensure follow-up on key action items
- Coordinate projects across multiple businesses
- Research vendors, tools, opportunities, and solutions
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Communicate with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Organize events, meetings, and special initiatives
- Build systems and processes that improve efficiency
- Handle a wide range of operational and administrative responsibilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting executives, founders, or leadership teams
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar to improve productivity and efficiency
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
