Dental Treatment Coordinator

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey by providing exceptional customer service, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from consultation through completion of care.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and previous experience working in a dental office.
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures.
- Discuss treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments efficiently.
- Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment and recall appointments.
- Communicate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
- Assist with administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of dental office experience is required.
- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is considered a strong asset.
- Experience using Tracker Dental Software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of dental treatment planning and dental insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
