Company Description
Parkridge IDA Pharmacy is independently owned and operated and proudly serves Enderby and the surrounding area. Our goal is to provide our patients with all their pharmacy needs including custom compounding, compliance packaging, home health care and medical supplies.
Our company culture is one that promotes a positive work environment and work-life balance. The pharmacy is open 9 – 5:30 during the week, 9-3 on Saturday, and closed on Sundays and stat holidays. The staff is made up of multiple assistants, a registered tech, and a staff pharmacist that has served Enderby and Armstrong for many years.
We DO NOT impose any quotas for clinical services upon our pharmacists.

Job Description
Being located in a smaller community allows you to utilize your full scope of practice and also collaborate with local physicians. This allows our pharmacists to provide our patients with exceptional care.
As the Pharmacy Manager you will be responsible for all the day to day operations of the pharmacy including being in compliance with all bylaws of the College of Pharmacists of B.C. The Pharmacy Manager will also be responsible for the following:
- Direct supervision of the pharmacy staff
- Accountable for the day to day operations and profitability of the pharmacy
- Completing minor ailment consults, vaccines administration and other clinical services
- Working with the management team to identify strategies in maintaining the current business operations and identifying opportunities for growth
- Preparation of reports for the management team
The successful candidate will have:
- A license to be a practicing pharmacist in the province of British Columbia
- Management skills and the ability to motivate others
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi task
- Previous management experience is an asset
