About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous Fleet Detailer to join our team. This is not a standard car wash gig; you will be responsible for maintaining the "showroom shine" of our fleet, which ranges from luxury sedans and SUVs to large passenger vans and buses.

What You Will Do
- Exterior Care: Hand-wash and dry vehicles ranging from sedans to 38 passenger buses, classic sedans and limousine-style vehicles ensuring paint is protected and chrome is polished.
- Interior Detailing: Thoroughly vacuum, wipe down leather, clean windows (streak-free), and ensure the cabin is scent-neutral and spotless for VIP clients.
- Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for minor cosmetic issues (scratches, dents) and report them to management.
- Bay Maintenance: Keep the wash bay and equipment organized and tidy.
What We Need From You
- Eye for Detail: You notice the dust on the dashboard or the smudge on the rim that others miss.
- Physical Stamina: You are capable of washing large vehicles (including using ladders/brushes for buses) and bending/reaching for interiors.
- Reliability: We operate on a tight schedule. When a car is booked, it must be ready.
- Driver’s License: Valid license required to safely move vehicles in and out of the wash bay.
- Experience: Previous detailing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
