About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Outside Field Worker to support daily golf range operations and general facility upkeep. This role is hands-on and includes outdoor maintenance work as well as occasional front desk support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect golf balls from the driving range using range equipment
- Operate and maintain ball picking machinery (training provided)
- Refill and organize range ball dispensers
- Perform general range maintenance and cleanliness duties
- Check for and report any safety hazards or equipment issues
- Assist with outdoor upkeep (sweeping, raking, minor repairs)
- Occasionally assist at the front desk, including:
- Greeting customers
- Processing range purchases or check-ins
- Answering basic questions and directing guests
- Support overall facility operations as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit (walking, bending, lifting required)
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable interacting with customers when needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Previous golf course or outdoor maintenance experience is an asset (not required)
Schedule
- Early mornings, daytime, evenings, and/or weekends depending on business needs
- Flexible shifts available
