About the Role
We are seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to support and grow our presence within South Western Ontario’s architectural and construction community. This role focuses on building strategic relationships and providing technical guidance on high-performance window and door systems for commercial and residential projects.
You will work closely with architects, designers, developers, and contractors to influence specifications and support projects from initial design through completion.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, specifiers, designers, developers, and contractors.

- Identify, qualify, and manage a portfolio of architectural projects involving windows, doors, and glazing systems.
- Provide technical support related to thermal and energy performance, structural performance, acoustics, air and water infiltration, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver product presentations, lunch‑and‑learns, technical workshops, and design reviews.
- Review architectural drawings, schedules, and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant product application.
- Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, engineering, operations) to support pricing, bids, and project execution.
- Maintain accurate project tracking, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems.
- Stay informed on building codes, energy standards, and Ontario market trends.
- Support leadership with business growth planning and team expansion initiatives.
What Sets You Up for Success:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural specification sales or project-based sales within windows, doors, glazing, or related building envelope products.
- Working knowledge of fenestration systems and materials (aluminum, wood, vinyl, fiberglass).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong consultative sales, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing long-cycle, complex projects.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with Marvin Windows and Doors is considered an asset.
