Shift Premiums: +$1.00/hr for Afternoon and Night Shifts

Shift Schedule:
Candidates must be available to work a rotating schedule that includes:
- 4 weeks of Days
- 1 week of Afternoons
- 1 week of Nights
- Approximately 1 Weekend Shift, 4 times per year
We are currently hiring a Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) for a well-established manufacturing facility in Oshawa. Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on production and plant equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs efficiently to reduce downtime.
- Install, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot machinery using technical drawings and blueprints.
- Complete welding, machining, fabrication, and general maintenance tasks as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow all safety procedures and standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License.
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting, welding, machining, and fabrication abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Pay: $44.00-$45.00 per hour
