Job Title : Salesforce OCM Lead
Job Location : Mississauga, Canada
Role Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce OCM Lead to drive change readiness for Salesforce launches This role focuses on impact assessment communication planning golive readiness and adoption support ensuring smooth organizational transition and maximum user adoption
Key responsibilities
Lead change readiness activities for Salesforce implementations including impact assessments and stakeholder engagement
Develop and execute communication strategies to prepare endusers and leadership for upcoming changes
Coordinate golive readiness activities ensuring teams are prepared for Day1 operations
Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver adoption support programs training enablement feedback loops
Monitor adoption metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management risks and mitigation strategies
Primary Skills
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform impacts on business processes
Proven ability to design and execute change management strategies for enterprisescale programs
Experience in training enablement and adoption frameworks
Secondary Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong facilitation and presentation abilities
Analytical mindset to measure adoption and readiness metrics
Flexibility to adapt strategies to evolving business needs
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Organizational Development or related field
9-12 years of experience in organizational change management with at least 35 years in Salesforce programs
Salesforce certifications Administrator Consultant or Business Analyst desirable
Proven track record of driving successful change adoption in largescale digital transformation initiatives

Benefits
Compensation range: $102,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
