Nos membres profitent d’une offre unique alliant entraînement, sports de raquette, restauration et expériences sociales, le tout dans un environnement raffiné et accueillant.
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) réceptionniste pour se joindre à notre équipe — une personne organisée, professionnelle et reconnue pour son excellent sens du service.
Le poste
En tant que premier point de contact pour nos membres et invités, le/la réceptionniste joue un rôle clé dans l’expérience Club Atwater. Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne à l’aise dans un environnement dynamique, qui aime le contact humain et qui porte une grande attention aux détails.
Responsabilités principales
- Accueillir chaleureusement les membres et invités et assurer une expérience fluide et haut de gamme
- Gérer les réservations de terrains, cours et services à l’aide de nos systèmes internes
- Répondre aux appels et courriels avec professionnalisme et efficacité
- Effectuer les transactions
- Maintenir un espace d’accueil organisé et soigné
- Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes du club et assurer une communication efficace avec les différents départements
- Faire respecter les politiques du club avec tact et professionnalisme
Profil recherché
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle (français/anglais requis)
- Attitude positive et orientée vers le service
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique
- Fiabilité, ponctualité et souci du détail
- Expérience en service à la clientèle ou en réception (un atout)

Nestled in the heart of downtown Montreal, Club Atwater is a premier private health and wellness club where tradition meets modern luxury. Our members enjoy a unique blend of fitness, racquet sports, dining, and social experiences within a refined and welcoming environment.
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team—someone who is organized, personable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our members and guests, the Receptionist plays a key role in shaping the Club Atwater experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist members and guests, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience
- Manage bookings for courts, classes, and services using our internal systems
- Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments and retail transactions
- Maintain an organized and polished front desk environment
- Support daily club operations and communicate effectively with all departments
- Enforce club policies with tact and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (bilingual English/French)
- A positive, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable with technology and booking/payment systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous customer service or reception experience is an asset
