Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our landscaping and construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with various outdoor projects, including landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and construction tasks. Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
- Operate equipment including excavators and irrigation systems under supervision
- Perform gardening activities including planting, pruning, and soil preparation
- Maintain and repair outdoor structures using hand tools and power tools
- Support construction projects by carrying materials, digging trenches, and assembling components
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications
Experience
- Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment such as excavators is a plus
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscape maintenance practices is advantageous
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely
- Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is beneficial
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
Pay: $17.60 per hour
