Position 1: Esthetician
Compensation: $35/hour + Tips + Commission
Responsibilities
- Perform professional aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, and skincare services
- Deliver exceptional client experience and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate products and treatments
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling, client intake, and payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment
- Ensure all treatments are delivered in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner
Qualifications
- Certified Esthetician (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience (Required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service
Position 2: Nail Technician
Compensation: 50% Commission
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail services including manicures, extensions, and nail art
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall clinic experience
Position 3: Massage Therapist / Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Compensation:
- Massage Therapist: $35/hour + tips
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT): 70% Commission
Registered Massage Therapists must be fully licensed and in good standing in BC.
Applicants without RMT registration will not be considered.
Partnership opportunities may be available for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide relaxation, deep tissue, and sports massage therapy
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Deliver excellent patient care and client satisfaction
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Previous massage therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Registered RMT (required for RMT position)
