Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with plumbing, welding, schematics, and construction practices to ensure efficient and safe installations. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems including Furnace, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Tankless Heaters, Boilers, Hepa Filters, Water Softners, Ductless Split Systems, thermostats, Ductwork and ventilation units according to schematics and gas codes.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units as needed.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings for proper installation procedures.
- Utilize welding, plumbing, and mechanical skills to assemble and secure components
- Conduct system testing to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot issues during installation
- Collaborate with other construction or maintenance teams to coordinate project timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Assist in diagnosing system problems using mechanical knowledge and appliance repair skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC installation or related mechanical fields such as plumbing, welding, or appliance repair
- Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in boiler systems, maintenance, or mechanic work preferred
- Construction or building experience is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
