Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll support activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and company policies.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
