Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. This role involves helping clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their well-being. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision
- Support individuals with disabilities, dementia, or hospice needs with personalized care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure client safety during transfers and ambulation
- Document care provided and report any changes in condition to supervising healthcare professionals
- Foster a compassionate and respectful atmosphere that promotes independence and dignity
Skills
- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments preferred
- Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient safety and comfort
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately
- Compassionate attitude with patience and empathy for diverse client needs
- Basic skills in cleaning, meal preparation, and medication administration are advantageous

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
