This is an exciting opportunity to represent top automotive brands, earn a competitive income through commissions, and help customers find the perfect vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
- Present, promote, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with confidence and product expertise
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required)
- Strong knowledge or passion for vehicles and their features
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality
- Familiarity with dealership software systems (e.g., PBS, Dealersocket) is a strong asset
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
