Bilingual Security Guard -Gsoc Operators
Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Canada.
We are currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Bilingual GSOC (Global Security Operations Centre) Operator to join our Security Operations team supporting a Government of Canada contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, coordinating emergency communications, responding to incidents, and maintaining situational awareness in a fast-paced operational environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills in both English and French, demonstrate sound judgment under pressure, and be capable of working in accordance with government security protocols and operational procedures.
**Must have resided in Canada for a minimum of 5 years continuously**
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability Status Clearance. Possession of an active Reliability Status or Secret Clearance is considered a strong asset.

Compensation: $21:00 per hour

Shift Schedule: Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday ,Friday ,Saturday & Sunday

Monitor CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other security systems.

Receive, assess, prioritize, and respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.

Dispatch security personnel and coordinate responses as required.

Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and operational records.

Communicate professionally and effectively in both English and French with security personnel, site management, government representatives, and emergency responders.

Escalate incidents in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Monitor and report security threats, operational disruptions, and critical incidents.

Conduct investigations and gather relevant information for incident reporting.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive government and operational information.

Support emergency management and business continuity activities when required.

Valid Provincial Security Guard Licence.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of six (6) months of GSOC, Security Operations Centre, Dispatch, Control Centre, or related security experience.

Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written).

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Experience working within a government, critical infrastructure, or corporate security environment.

Experience with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and incident management systems.

Emergency communications or dispatch experience.

First Aid/CPR Certification.

Existing Government of Canada security clearance.

24/7 operational environment.

Extended periods of monitoring multiple security platforms and systems.

Ability to effectively manage high-priority incidents in a fast-paced setting.
