Back in Balance Wellness Center is a female owned business and has been serving the Westboro and Ottawa community since 2005 . We are looking for a compassionate, outgoing, dynamic and mature individual to join our administrative team. FULL and PART TIME positions are available. Our group of regulated health professionals provide services such as chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy and psychotherapy. We are a fabulous team of professionals and boast an excellent working environment, where everyone is valued. Employees have a great sense of camaraderie, cooperation, and empowerment .
This position includes assisting patients (welcoming, booking, collecting fees) administrative tasks and helping with the day to day duties of a wellness center. We are looking for an individual who can work effectively under very busy levels of work activity, is driven, motivated and organized. Strong written and oral communication skills are required for this position. Experience or education in administration, reception, health, and/or client/patient services would be an asset.
Schedule: Rotating morning shifts (6:30 am) and evening hours (till 7:00 pm) as well as occasional Saturday hours are required as well.
