- Limited Capacity: To ensure deep mentorship, we are strictly limiting this intake to 5 agents maximum. We only hire candidates who perfectly match our system.
Where You Will WorkWe are heavily targeting agents who live, work, or want to dominate Downtown Toronto. However, our system adapts anywhere across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), giving you the flexibility to scale your business from anywhere.Qualifications
- Full-Time Commitment: You must be a full-time Realtor. We provide elite training, but you must have the daily time to invest.
- Licensing: Active RECO registration (or in the final stages of completion).
- Drive & Motivation: A fierce internal push to succeed and hit financial milestones.
- Core Skills: Strong organizational skills and comfort using modern technology/CRMs.
