North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) is building a talent pool of skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs), Medical Laboratory Technicians, Phlebotomists and Medical Laboratory Technology/Technician students to support our dynamic Laboratory Services team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about patient care and committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic services.

QUALIFICATIONS
Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT):
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
- Certification with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) or Canadian Alliance of Medical Laboratory Professionals Regulators (CAMLPR)
Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician:
- Graduate of a recognized Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician program
- Certification with the Medical Laboratory Professionals’ Association of Ontario (MLPAO) or Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS)
Students (MLT/Technician programs):
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology or Assistant/Technician program
All Candidates:
- Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory practices, procedures, and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
