Your Contribution:
Your main responsibilities

Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules and policies;

Prepare and review well-written technical reports, including feasibility studies, conceptual design reports, and detailed design reports;

Prepare professional service proposals;

Understand and summarize project scope requirements and address project changes as needed;

Prepare contract documents, specifications, and construction drawings;
-
Attend and manage tender openings;

Manage projects through all phases, including scheduling, budgeting, client communication, reporting, contract administration, and construction oversight;

Achieve budget compliance on assigned engineering projects to ensure financial objectives are met or exceeded;

Prepare and support project financial forecasting activities;

Provide clear and concise reporting to supervisors and project stakeholders;
-
Coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project goals;
-
Coordinate sub-consultant activities and deliverables;
-
Execute projects in accordance with company standards, procedures, and quality requirements;
-
Mentor and support junior staff on the project team;
-
Contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile:
What makes you unique
-
Registered, or eligible for immediate registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGNB or as a Professional Technologist (P.Tech.);

Minimum 5 years of progressive civil engineering experience, including 1-year of project management experience;

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.Self-motivated, responsive, and results-oriented, with a commitment to supporting the success and development of others;

High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic;
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work;

Strong understanding of project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and client expectations;

Understanding of survey requirements;
-
Understanding of technical requirements of municipal or civil projects;
-
Experience in construction management and working with contractors and other third-party stakeholders;
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project;
-
Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and manage competing priorities.
