Our Corporate Real Estate team is at the forefront of TELUS's real estate evolution, managing a dynamic portfolio that now spans global operations. As a Sr. Project Manager, you'll be the strategic connector between business unit stakeholders, construction teams, and our people—translating complex needs into executable plans while safeguarding financial performance and creating exceptional workplace experiences. You'll own high-impact projects that shape how our teams work, collaborate, and thrive across multiple geographies.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end execution of complex real estate portfolios, managing full project lifecycles and cross-functional dependencies
Translate stakeholder requirements into strategic, actionable plans that align with corporate objectives
Drive financial performance through rigorous budget management, variance analysis, and cost reporting
Proactively mitigate risks and navigate competing priorities to ensure projects remain on track and meet quality standards
Enhance workplace experiences by ensuring deliverables align with both organizational strategy and user needs
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while overseeing on-site construction to ensure delivery excellence
Qualifications
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management, or a college diploma with progressive relevant experience
3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or complex cross-functional settings
Bilingual proficiency in French and English (verbal and written)
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, requirements management, and translating complex needs into actionable plans
Strong financial acumen, including budget management, variance analysis, and cost-benefit analysis
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and adapt to changing circumstances
Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and a resilient, proactive problem-solving mindset
Great-to-Haves
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent certification
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with global real estate portfolio management or international project delivery
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
