Greeter / Facilitator – Join Our Team!
Do you love meeting new people and creating a welcoming experience? We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized Greeter/Facilitator to be the first point of contact for our guests.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests with a warm and positive attitude
- Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed
- Monitor Entry and Exit of Business
- Check for receipts for paid merchandise
- Point of contact for staff in event of theft
- Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Support team members with special events, promotions, or daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
