As our Showroom Sales / Social media consultant at Modern Decore Carpet One, you are the first friendly-face our Customers are welcomed in by. Directing them to exactly who or what they’re after upon arrival— ensuring a positive experience! In this role you will also hold light administrative duties and importantly take pride in our showrooms appearance.
Core Skills
-Communication: Both verbal and written.
-Customer Service: Ability to build rapport with Customers while providing the exceptional service we're known for. Ability to resolve conflict or issues.
-Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and understand products, features, specifications etc.
-Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy.
-Visual Merchandising Skills: Maintaining showroom appearance. Ability to create visually appealing displays.
SALES SKILLS ARE CONSIDERED AN ASSET
Responsibilities
-Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs while providing exceptional customer service.
-Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
-Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom through effective merchandising strategies.
-Build and nurture Customer relationships.
-Collaborate with the Sales Team, and Management to achieve sales targets and promote products and services.
