Senior Dental Receptionist / Office Manager

We are a patient-focused Orthodontic and General Dental Practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Dental Receptionist / Office Manager to lead our front office operations and support our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic.
- Ensure smooth and efficient office workflow.
- Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and workplace conflicts professionally.
Insurance & Financial Administration
- Process insurance claims and payments accurately.
- Manage insurance and patient accounts receivable (A/R).
- Follow up on outstanding balances and claims.
- Assist patients with insurance and billing inquiries.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new and temporary staff.
- Support ongoing staff development and continuing education.
- Prepare employee schedules and assist with payroll administration.
- Foster a positive, productive, and professional team culture.
Patient Care & Reception
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to dentists and clinical staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, Senior Dental Receptionist, Office Manager, or similar role within a dental practice.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance claims, payments, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency with Tracker Dental Software is required
- Experience with staff scheduling, payroll, hiring, and training.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
