Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall performance of a multi-store retail network
- Drive sales, KPIs, and operational results
- Ensure strong execution of store standards and customer experience
- Coach and develop district supervisors and store leaders
- Ensure compliance with policies, budgets, and operational processes
- Support store openings, growth, and improvement initiatives
- Act as a bridge between field teams and head office
Requirements
- 7+ years in multi-store retail leadership (District Manager or similar)
- Strong experience managing performance and KPIs
- Hands-on leadership style with strong field presence
- Ability to coach, influence, and drive accountability
- Experience in fashion retail is an asset
- French required; English an asset
