Collicutt Siding is looking for driven, responsible individuals to join the grounds maintenance team for the 2026 golf season. If you enjoy golf, like working outside, and enjoy working in a team, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be willing to learn all major aspects of day-to-day golf course maintenance
- Participate in all aspects of golf course maintenance including (but not limited to):
- Operation of golf course equipment such as carts and mowers
- Mowing greens, tees, fairways and rough
- Setting pins and tees for play
- Raking, weeding, and maintaining sand levels in bunkers
- Projects and detail work
Experience Required:
- No golf course maintenance experience is required, but it is considered an asset
- Enjoy working outside, doing physical work, and early morning hours
- Physically capable, including: bending, crouching, squatting, twisting, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Enjoy the game of golf
- Able to work weekend shifts
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Be a friendly, responsible, driven person with good communication skills
- Willing to work as part of a team to achieve goals together
Applicants must be:
- Legally able to work in Canada
- 16+ with a drivers license and reliable transportation
- Able to abide by and participate in all OHS standards
- Able to work full time hours until October

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Crossfield, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
