We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Person that can complete various remodeling and maintenance tasks at our apartment building Chiliwack, BC.
Previous experience required.
This is a part time position that could lead to full time employment. Wage to be negotiated based on experience. Must be able to work independently and part of team. Must be able to follow direction.
Duties and Responsibilities Minor drywall repairs, Painting, Tile and Vinyl Plank flooring installation, Trim installation, Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance, Installing cabinets, Installing appliances, other duties as assigned.
