What You'll Do
As a Bookkeeper, you'll manage financial records for a portfolio of clients while working closely with our internal team.
Responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Monthly financial reporting
- Journal entries
- General ledger maintenance
- QuickBooks Online bookkeeping
- Reviewing client transactions for accuracy
- Cleaning up bookkeeping files
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Communicating professionally with clients
- Maintaining organized digital records
- Supporting internal bookkeeping projects
- Following company SOPs and quality standards
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Bookkeeping or Accounting Diploma
- Experience in a bookkeeping or accounting firm
- QuickBooks Online Certification
- Experience with cloud accounting software
- Experience working with multiple businesses
