Job Overview

Shift Requirements
- Must be available for at least 2 shifts a week (around 15h per week).
- Must be available in the fall.
- Available for events and private functions that could require occasional shifts outside of regular business hours.
Job Requirements
- Must currently hold valid Ontario smart serve certification.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (merch, cases of beer, wine, etc).
- Previous experience as a barista or bartender is preferred; a basic knowledge of coffee, craft beer, beer styles, and wine is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Understanding of general restaurant service tools (POS and payment systems, draught systems, and espresso machine).
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic math for cash handling and transactions.
- The ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment.
- Bilingual is considered an asset.
