Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial and commercial cleaning, ensuring that all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and safe environment for our clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and auto scrubbing of designated areas.
- Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as required.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous custodial experience is preferred, particularly in commercial settings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is advantageous.
- Good physical stamina, able to lift and move items as needed throughout the shift.
