MCG Careers, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Dental Administrative Assistant on behalf of our employer partner (in the Winning Edge-Workplace Training Program), a busy dental clinic in Calgary.

Their front-end operations are rooted in empowerment, wellness education, and seamless office flow, helping clients navigate their holistic dental journey with confidence and trust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Experience & Scheduling: Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries (phone, email, text) with intent to understand, and efficiently schedule and confirm treatment/hygiene appointments.
- Financial & Insurance Coordination: Verify insurance eligibility, submit claims, process payments, manage accounts receivable, and assist with standard banking deposits.
- Clinic Flow & Administration: Conduct daily opening/closing checklists, perform chart audits to optimize scheduling efficiency, manage lab cases, and maintain organized inventory and office supplies.
- Brand Advocacy & Teamwork: Eagerly collaborate with team members, participate in regular strategy meetings, proactively request 5-star reviews, and promote our holistic brand and provider community.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Adhere to privacy laws, infection control standards (IPC/ADA), and clinic safety protocols, while building familiarity with holistic practices (like IAOMT/SMART protocols).

Winning Edge – Workplace Training Program Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity through the Winning Edge Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
- Must be unemployed at the time of intake.
- Ready, willing, and able to work full-time (up to 40 hours/week).
- Not a current student or enrolled in any program or school.
