Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Part-Time Bridal Consultant. In this role, you will guide brides through personalized styling appointments, help them find the gown of their dreams, and contribute to our growing social media presence. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience throughout the entire process
- Provide personalized attention and advice on recent fashion trends
- Assist with fittings and alterations to ensure the perfect fit
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing social media messages
- Organization, merchandising, cleaning, steaming, administrative tasks
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
Schedule:
-Weekend availability is required (Saturday and Sunday) 1–2 additional weekday shifts per week. Schedule set in advance with some flexibility.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal or high-end fashion
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to engage with customers and collaborate effectively with the team
- Quick adaptability in learning and retaining product knowledge to offer tailored styling suggestions
- Experience in cashiering and handling financial transactions
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and demonstrate strong time management capabilities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to address customer needs and business demands in the moment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation, formatting, and editing
- Experienced in using Canva to design visually appealing graphics and marketing materials
Compensation is in the form of hourly wage + commission.
Pay: $19.10-$21.65 per hour
