We are a mixed grain and cattle feedlot looking for someone interested in year round work on a modern operation.
Must be a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Hand. As a Farm Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on the farm, including planting, harvesting, livestock care and general maintenance. You will also be required to operate and maintain farm equipment mm and machinery. Imperative that you have a valid class 1 license and feedlots experience
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience working on a farm or in a similar outdoor environment. You should also be comfortable performing heavy lifting and manual labor as required. Basic math skills are necessary for this position, as well as familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in farming operations.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently or as part of a team, follow instructions accurately, and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential qualities for this role.
