Summary
We are seeking an Restaurant Team Floor Manager to join our team at Orolo Restaurant + Cocktail Bar. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while managing our talented staff. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards.
- Lead and manage the restaurant team, providing training and support to staff members.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring guest interactions and feedback.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
- Handle cash management and POS systems efficiently.
- Train new staff to maintain optimal team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a restaurant leadership or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Experience working with event execution
- Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
