Erikson Consumer is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support multiple brands distributed by the business. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and increase sales across various markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances autonomy with teamwork, and brings both creativity and analytical thinking to every project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital & E-Commerce
- Write, edit, and proofread web content while ensuring brand consistency in tone, messaging, and style
- Optimize website content for SEO and AI-driven search environments
- Leverage AI tools to support content creation, keyword research, and campaign optimization
- Manage and create product listings on retail platforms, coordinating with internal teams
- Conduct keyword research and continuously refine SEO strategies using analytics and AI insights
- Analyze web performance and consumer behavior using analytics tools and AI-powered reporting
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaigns
Content & Social Media
- Lead and execute social media initiatives to grow engagement and brand awareness
- Use AI tools to generate content ideas, optimize posting schedules, and improve audience targeting
- Create and source digital content, including graphics and visuals
- Support press and media outreach initiatives
Brand & Product Marketing
- Assist in new brand and product launches
- Support the development of Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays from concept through execution and post-installation
- Contribute to special marketing projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in e-commerce management
- Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset
