Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Collision Shop CRS / Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations within our automotive collision repair facility. This role combines leadership, customer service, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Duties
- Assist in managing daily shop operations, including workflow coordination and staff supervision
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repair processes, and ensuring satisfaction
- Upsell additional services or repairs to maximize shop revenue while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper financial records
- Support the team
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and shop policies at all times
- Maintain organized documentation of repairs, parts, and customer interactions
- Contribute to inventory management by tracking parts and supplies needed for repairs
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated sales ability with experience in upselling services or repairs
- Cash handling experience with attention to accuracy and accountability
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage daily operations effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Pay: $18.25-$26.00 per hour
