Quality Engineer - Final Product Inspection - Stoney Creek, ON
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their manufacturing team. This organization is a well-established producer of high-precision components and sub-assemblies serving industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced optics. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality at every stage of the manufacturing process. From inspecting incoming materials to verifying finished components, you will help uphold compliance with technical specifications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges to verify specifications
- Analyze inspection results to identify defects, trends, or process deviations
- Document findings accurately within quality management systems
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and best practices
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, gauges)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CNC machining processes an asset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
