Bread Baker (full-time)
A Bread Baker supports the daily production of naturally leavened breads while maintaining RPM Bakehouse standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. This role works closely with the Lead Bread Baker and Head Chef and is fully hands-on throughout all stages of production.
Responsibilities include supporting all stages of bread production while developing a strong understanding of fermentation, dough behaviour, and seasonal environmental changes.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong foundational bread-making skills, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced, physically demanding bakery environment. Attention to detail, organization, cleanliness, and time management are essential.
This role collaborates with the bakery team to support a seasonal menu that highlights farm-driven ingredients and evolving bakehouse creativity. Curiosity, adaptability, and strong communication are highly valued.
Sourdough experience is necessary.
