GK Rims & Tires is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in Cold Lake!
We specialize in Tires, Aftermarket Wheels, Suspension Upgrades & Accessories, delivering top-quality products and service. If you’re passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy working with customers, this is a great opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through online inquiries.
- Manage customer case resolutions and ensure satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with customers.
- Work closely with the service team to manage workflow efficiently.
- Order products for stock and customer needs.
- Track and manage inventory following company procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Sales experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience is a strong asset.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with wheels, tires, and accessories is an advantage.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
