IPM Assistant (Integrated Pest Management)
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable IPM Assistant to join our cannabis cultivation team. This is a hands‑on role focused on plant health, pest prevention, and daily spray/scouting tasks. What You’ll Do
- Apply sprays including pesticides and foliar fertilizers (training provided)
- Scout for pests and check plants daily for issues
- Deploy sticky traps and replace monitoring cards
- Release beneficial insects as part of our biological control program
- Record data for scouting, spray logs, and inventory
- Support sanitation to keep grow rooms clean and pest‑free
- Maintain equipment such as backpack sprayers and foggers
- Assist with inventory for pesticides, beneficial bugs, traps, and PPE

Physical & Safety Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to wear a respirator and full PPE for extended periods
- Comfortable carrying a backpack sprayer for long durations
- Willing to work occasional overtime when needed

Nice to Have
- Assistant Pesticide Applicator License (or willingness to obtain — we can help)
- Experience in cannabis cultivation, greenhouse work, landscaping, golf course, horticulture, or similar physical roles.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
