What You’ll Do
Dispense and review medications with accuracy and care using Kroll Software
Build real relationships through patient counseling and medication reviews
Collaborate with physicians and local healthcare teams
Maintain compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists standards

What You Bring
Current licensure (or eligibility) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills
Retail pharmacy software experience (asset)
A genuine passion for community-based patient care
Compensation & Perks
Hourly rate: $70–$75/hr (well above industry standard)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Financial Security: RSP Plan
