Responsibilities
- Host TikTok Live sessions to showcase and sell art products in real time
- Engage viewers with energy, confidence, and a professional on-camera presence
- Drive sales through effective storytelling, product demonstrations, and compelling calls to action
- Respond to viewer questions and address customer concerns during live broadcasts
- Present product information accurately and communicate promotions effectively
- Create short-form TikTok content to support live selling campaigns
- Stay current with TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Build audience loyalty through consistent engagement and community interaction
- Escalate customer service and post-sale inquiries when necessary
- Represent the Smard Art brand professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in live selling, livestream hosting, retail sales, or customer-facing sales roles
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and influence purchasing decisions
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture and live commerce
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking to large audiences
- Professional appearance suitable for brand representation
- Reliable, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Full-time availability preferred
