Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (French) for a customer support and call center opportunity in Burlington, ON, supporting clients in the automotive and parts manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for a service-focused professional with call center or order desk experience, strong French communication skills, and an interest in mechanical or technical troubleshooting.
In this position, you will support customers by phone and email, assist with product and parts orders, verify warranties, troubleshoot small power equipment issues, and coordinate replacement parts, payments, and shipments. Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls and emails from customers ordering products, parts, and replacement components.
- Verify warranty information and assist customers with product-related service needs.
- Troubleshoot small power equipment issues and provide clear Tier 1 technical support.
- Process parts orders, payments, shipments, and related customer documentation.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Compose professional written communication, including customer emails in French.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $24.00 per hour.
- Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, for 3 months in office.
- Day shift: 11:00 am to 7:30 pm.
- Flexibility required to work shifts between Sunday and Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Weekend rotations for Saturday and Sunday are remote.
