Salary: Starting at $85,000+ per year, commensurate with experience

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Portfolio Property
Manager to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Portfolio Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
operations, maintenance, financial performance, and tenant relations of a mixed portfolio of
residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will oversee and manage
in-house maintenance staff and external contractors. The ideal candidate will be highly
organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a
strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3–5 years of property management experience required
- Experience managing residential and/or commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance programs, capital projects, and
vendor management
- Experience preparing and managing operating budgets and financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities in a fast-paced
environment
- Strong leadership and employee supervision experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
