We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Support the team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including sanitation standards and kitchen protocols
Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Previous kitchen experience or background in the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates
